Magen Haelef 2
Jerusalem
An urban renewal project that includes the relocation of 100 existing housing units and the construction of around 220 new residential units, along with public buildings, commercial spaces, and an open public space.
The project is located along the light rail network in the Shmuel HaNavi neighborhood of Jerusalem and includes the construction of three residential buildings at the corner of Magen HaElef, Shmuel HaNavi, and Eretz Chefetz streets.
The main street frontage features commercial spaces with an urban character, fitting the site’s central location in the city. Behind them, however, a green open space with an intimate atmosphere is planned, creating a separation between the urban intensity and the local community-oriented environment.
The project is part of a broader neighborhood renewal process that includes additional complexes currently planned by our office. The project addresses the evolving needs of the city while at the same time preserving the community values that are important to the local residents.
