An urban renewal project that includes the redevelopment of six existing buildings and the construction of four new buildings, comprising of 212 housing units, a public building, and commercial spaces.
The project is located along the light rail route in the Kiryat Moshe neighborhood in Jerusalem and includes the construction of a residential tower at the corner of HaAliyah and Rabbi Tzvi Yehuda Streets, as well as two 10-story buildings along HaAliyah Street.
As part of the project, HaAliyah Street is planned to be widened, and a commercial facade will be established at the intersection.
The public building is situated on Korot Ha’Itim Street, and a pedestrian easement is planned to enable access from the surrounding streets to the public open space located between the buildings.
