Bar Yochay 1-3

Bar Yochay 1-3

Jerusalem

An urban renewal development incorporating the renovation of two existing residential buildings alongside construction of two new residential towers, commercial and office spaces, as well as a kindergarten. Located at the intersection of Pat and Bar Yochai Streets along the light rail, the project features a three-story podium that creates a horizontal base facing the streets and establishing a pedestrian-friendly urban scale. These lower-level facades feature vertical columns with gradually narrowing spacing that correspond to floor heights and interior functions. The residential floors rise above this base, maintaining the visual language of vertical stone elements at different scales, connecting the two towers to create a distinctive urban landmark visible from both near and far.
