An urban renewal project featuring the redevelopment of a commercial building alongside new residential construction. The plan also incorporates retail spaces and a community facility. The design connects two streets with approximately three floors of elevation difference through a system of staircases and an elevator. In response to community needs, the upper floors feature spacious terraced balconies designed for Sukkah observance, extending the project’s graduated architectural approach to the residential levels.
