San Martin 28-30

San Martin 28-30

Jerusalem

A large urban renewal project that includes the redevelopment of three residential buildings and the construction of a tower and residential building, commercial floors, a synagogue, and kindergartens.
The project’s base levels create a continuous and accessible connection between San Martin Street and Bar Yochai Street, bridging the natural change in elevation. Community facilities are integrated into this transitional area, making use of the sloped terrain.
Above this shared base, the residential towers rise as cohesive units, with balconies that flow seamlessly from the ground level to the rooftops.
