Two 11-storey residential buildings consisting of 35 apartments each. In order to deal with the sharp incline in the topography, the project incorporates terraced dwellings, regular apartments and penthouses. The terraced units range between 3-4 bedrooms with wide gardens facing the southern view.
By splitting the overall mass and creating a wide range of apartments, the buildings take-on a three-dimensional presence matching with the surroundings and allowing many green spaces. Directing all the units towards the south helps curb energy consumption and lowers heating costs.
