An urban development project in the Shmuel Ha’Navi Neighborhood in Jerusalem, a poverty-ridden neighborhood, historically established for immigrants in the early 1960s.
The current residential complex consists of four 4-story buildings comprising of 186 housing units. As part of the renewal, the existing buildings will be demolished and instead, ten 12-story buildings will be erected, including 730 housing units, commercial spaces on the ground floor, and 3 underground parking levels – allowing a generous public open space between the buildings.
