This project is a preservation of a 1922 eclectic style building located at 19 Montefiori St. in the center of Tel-Aviv.
The project consists of the preservation and renovation of the existing 2-story building, the addition of 2.5 new floors and a new wing at the rear of the lot. The building includes a total of 14 small residential units ranging in size from 45m2-65m2 and a 145m2 luxurious penthouse on the top floor.
